Bashkiria Finance Ministry submitted draft budget for 2022 to State Assembly

The document calculates the income and expenses of the regional treasury for the next year and is planned for 2023 and 2024.

According to the legislation, the draft republican budget must be submitted to the Kurultay no later than November 1.

The bill was reviewed and approved by the republic's government, the Public Council under the Ministry of Finance RB, and agreed with the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. The project also passed the expertise of the Institute of Social and Economic Research of the Ufa Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan for compliance with budgetary legislation.

As previously reported by the Ministry of Finance, in January-September of this year, the tax revenues of the budget of Bashkiria approached the level of the pre-pandemic 2019. As of October 1, the budget was executed with a deficit of 2.4 billion rubles - while ten times less than planned (24 billion rubles for 2021). The national debt of the republic for nine months is 31 billion rubles (19 billion in 2020 and 13.9 billion in 2019).
