Small and medium-sized businesses from affected industries will receive 12 thousand rubles for each employee

According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 595 of October 20, 2021, non-working days were established in Russia from October 30 to November 7 to prevent the further spread of the new coronavirus infection 2021.

It will be possible to apply at the Federal Tax Service from November 1 to December 15, 2021, through a personal account on nalog.ru. Payments will begin on November 15, within eight days after the request. You don't have to return the money; one can spend it at their discretion.

Socially oriented non-profit organizations and businesses from the most affected industries can receive a subsidy:

▪culture, leisure, conferences and exhibitions,

▪sports,

▪hotel business,

▪public catering,

▪additional education,

▪home services,

▪automobile and water transport.

It is also assumed that businesses from the affected industries, which received preferential loans last year under the FOT 2.0 program, will be able to use the new loan to restore their activities. The maximum amount of which is calculated by the formula: minimum wage × number of employees × 12 months. For the first six months, there is no need to pay interest, and in the next six months - repayment of the principal debt at a rate of 3%, but only if the company retains at least 90% of its employees. Otherwise, the rate will rise to the market rate. Registration will go through the banks participating in the program.
