25 investment projects are among priority in Bashkiria, with more than 24 billion rubles of investments

Investments in the economy of Bashkiria since the beginning of 2021 amounted to more than 24 billion rubles, and 25 investment projects, supervised by the Development Corporation of Bashkiria, were included in the list of priority ones.

One thousand two hundred ten residents of Bashkortostan will get jobs due to the implementation of the projects.

General Director of the Corporation for Development of Bashkiria Nail Gabbasov announced this on his social media.

Roadside service has become the most popular area for investors; managers of the corporation have supervised 16 investment projects in this sector. Industrial projects are in second place: nine projects.

Inclusion in the list of priority investment projects makes it possible to take advantage of the support measures offered by the state. In particular, these are property tax benefits, subsidies for reimbursement of part of the costs, land lease without bidding.

The investor must also meet specific requirements. For example, the volume of project investments in the form of capital investments should be at least 100 million rubles, for projects in the field of roadside services - from 50 million rubles, for projects in the territory of municipalities included in comprehensive programs - from 10 million rubles. At least 20 jobs must be created within three years of the project implementation, and the investor must be registered in the territory of Bashkortostan.
