Government proposes to declare non-working days throughout Russia from October 30 to November 7

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government Tatyana Golikova proposed to declare non-working days from October 30 to November 7 due to the situation with the coronavirus, TASS reports.
She also suggested introducing non-working days in some regions from October 23. In her opinion, the regions after November 7 can open objects only with the admission by QR codes.
Golikova also offered employers to transfer unvaccinated citizens over 60 to remote work for up to four weeks. Moreover, for those employees who will be vaccinated, two days off for vaccination against covid are provided.
Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin supported the proposal to introduce non-working days throughout Russia from October 30 to November 7 inclusive.
He also asked the deputy prime ministers to prepare proposals for business support amid decisions on non-working days.
