Development concept of Legend of Urals cluster is approved in Bashkiria

The Bashkiria Government approved the development concept for the Legend of the Urals cluster. The corresponding decree, signed by the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria, Andrey Nazarov, has been published on the portal of legal information.

The concept was developed to form a modern and competitive infrastructure of the cluster, ensuring the provision of tourism services at the level of international standards.

A large project was selected to create a "Mratkino" all-season recreation center in the Beloretsk region.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that the Bashkiria government would conclude in 2022 a concession agreement with an investor for the construction of the all-season resort cluster "Mratkino" in the Beloretsk region. This will be the first tourism concession agreement in the region. The volume of investments is indicated in the amount of 9 billion rubles.

The existing ski resort "Mratkino" is located close to the city of Beloretsk. On the slopes of Mount Mratkino, there are five trails, one of which is for children, designed for "green" beginners, and four trails for slalom and giant slalom for experienced skiers. In some places, the slope of the slalom trails reaches 75%, making it possible to hold competitions even among professional athletes. The trails on the southern slope of Mount Mratkino are illuminated for evening skiing, even on holidays. At the very beginning of the season, a tubing slide and a flat trail are prepared, equipment rental and an instructor service are opened.
