272 investment projects are included in Priority List in Bashkiria
The total volume of investments since 2011 is 875.5 billion rubles. 349.4 billion rubles were invested in the project's implementation, more than 10 thousand jobs were created, the Ministry of Economic Development RB reported.
74 projects with a planned investment of 443.5 billion rubles belong to the manufacturing industry;
114 projects for 319 billion rubles - to agriculture;
15 projects for 20.8 billion rubles - tourism;
29 projects for 10.1 billion rubles - roadside service and trade;
14 projects for 41.7 billion rubles - construction;
12 projects worth 7.6 billion rubles - ecology;
6 projects for 8.3 billion rubles - healthcare;
2 investment projects worth 18.2 billion rubles - transport;
3 projects for the amount of 3.9 billion rubles - sports.
Since the beginning of 2021, 55 projects with a total investment of 62.4 billion rubles and the creation of over 4.3 thousand jobs have been included in the List of Priority Investment Projects in the region.
By the end of 2021, it is planned to complete nine investment projects with a total value of over 48 billion rubles and with 710 jobs.
Obtaining a special status allows investors to receive tax preferences in the form of income tax and property tax benefits, as well as an investment tax deduction, land plots for rent without bidding, subsidies from the regional budget, and administrative support of projects.
