Two investment projects in animal husbandry are included in priority list in Bashkiria

Investors will be able to receive tax breaks and subsidies. According to the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria, this is a project of a dairy complex for 1.2 thousand heads of the dairy herd in the Ilishevsky district with an investment of 1.1 billion rubles. The investor is the state agricultural enterprise “Tsentralnaya” machine and tractor station. The project is designed for 2021-2025. Thirty-nine jobs will be created here.

At the moment, a site has been selected, an agreement has been concluded with the developer of design and estimate documentation, work is underway on land surveying and cadastral registration.

The second project is carried out by “Irtyubyak” LLC worth 180 million rubles, calculated for 2021-2025, with 59 jobs. It will be an industrial dairy complex with breeding cows and its feed base. Now, for the implementation of the project, it is planned to register land plots for rent and ownership. Design, construction works are underway; equipment is procured. The cattle is purchased from Hungary.

Inclusion in the list of priority ones is one of the most significant measures of state support. A project must meet many criteria, including a large amount of investment, local registration of a company (implying deductions to local budgets), and other items to receive preferences.
