Industrial technopark will be opened at Tuimazinsky concrete truck plant

On September 15, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, met with the General Director of KAMAZ PJSC Sergey Kogogin in Beloretsk.
The development of subsidiaries of the automobile concern located in the republic, an increase in the volume and range of products they produce, and the expansion of cooperation of the industrial auto giant with industrial enterprises in the region were on the agenda.
Before the meeting, Radiy Khabirov and Sergey Kogogin signed an agreement on creating a modern industrial technopark at a subsidiary of KAMAZ, the Tuimazinsky concrete truck plant. The enterprise has unused empty buildings provided with engineering infrastructure. After their renovation, more than 20 thousand square meters of business space will appear there.
The Tuimazinsky concrete truck plant itself will become the anchor resident of the park, which will launch the production of a wide range of trailers at the site. This production sector will be transferred here entirely from Neftekamsk so that another affiliate of the holding - PJSC NEFAZ - could focus on the production of buses.
"This is a large investment project for us, in fact, a new plant with a production volume at the first stage - 4 thousand, and at the second - about 7 thousand units of trailed equipment," Sergey Kogogin said. "We also agreed on joint actions to create an industrial technopark. It is important. There, about 30 enterprises are suppliers of KAMAZ. I was surprised that so many companies are involved in mechanical engineering. "
"According to our previous agreements, this year, Bashkortostan will receive 100 large class buses. Twenty of them have already run on the routes", Radiy Khabirov said. "In 2022, we plan to purchase 100 more buses. We have a very capacious transport market in our republic".
Radiy Khabirov and Sergey Kogogin agreed to consider purchasing 160 large class buses on leasing terms during the meeting.
"We have agreed with Radiy Faritovich in October to discuss the investment program of the NEFAZ plant. I think that we can produce there more than 3 thousand buses a year", Sergey Kogogin said.
