New spring plant was launched in Beloretsk

Today, a new plant of "Ressora" Research and Production Firm LLC for producing springs was launched in Beloretsk. This is an investment project of the Ural Spring Production Plant. The project aims to provide Russian enterprises - manufacturers of vehicles with uninterrupted supplies of high-quality auto components at competitive prices and to create new jobs in Beloretsk and enter the European market. The volume of investments in the project amounted to 500 million rubles.

"This project was included in the list of priority investment projects a year ago and is being actively implemented with the support of our Ministry of Industry. The enterprise is innovative, good working conditions have been created here. I hope that the plant management will continue to take care of their workers, who should receive a decent salary," the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov said at the opening ceremony.

General Director of KAMAZ PJSC Sergey Kogogin expressed satisfaction with the fact that such strong and compact production facilities are emerging in Russia, in which you see modern technologies.

Pavel Yakovlev, General Director of the URAL Automobile Plant, noted that it is pleasant to see how the industry is developing.

Boris Myagkov, Deputy General Director for Civil Products of JSC Concern Uralvagonzavod, noted that they have been working with the Ural Spring Plant for a long time. They have never had any complaints about the quality of their products.

In turn, Denis Lukmanov, General Director of the NPF Resora LLC plant, noted that their enterprise always feels support from the Head of Bashkortostan and the government of the republic.

The Head of Bashkortostan also presented state awards of the republic to the plant workers and awarded the order of Salavat Yulaev to the general director of the enterprise, Denis Lukmanov.

Tax payments to the budget and state extra-budgetary funds based on the project results will amount to 148.3 million rubles.

The modern high-tech production of springs will improve the quality of spring products to the level of European standards, master new types of springs, and half-springs of the complex configuration of sheets. They plan to produce 1200 tons of spring products per month. The production will use a fully automated cycle of heat treatment and free bending of springs and coating with cataphoresis primer, providing 1,500 hours of salt spray.
