Families can take loans with 6% per annum for purchase of housing in new houses

The President of the Russian Federation has extended the "family mortgage" until December 31, 2023. Families with children born after January 1, 2018, are eligible to participate in the program. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin.

The rate will be 6% per annum for the entire loan term, even if it is 30 years. You can take 6 million rubles by paying a minimum installment of 15%. Housing can be bought in a new apartment building, use credit funds for individual housing construction, or buy a land plot from some organization.

At the same time, there are two sides to this coin: prices, as you know, have grown significantly since the beginning of the family mortgage. Prices for building materials also increased.
