Andrey Nazarov: Rostec center will train multi-skilled specialists

“We are grateful to the leadership of Rostec State Corporation, which supported our initiative to open a production and training center at UEC-UMPO by the start of the final of the IX National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) - 2021,” the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov said answering the question of Bashinform News Agency.

“Here, they will train multi-skilled specialists for the aircraft industry - broad-based specialists who have four or six competencies within the framework of one specialty. The center will greatly contribute to the training of specialists for our enterprises who will be ready to work on complex machine tools. We are grateful to Rostec; we will continue to cooperate on creating training facilities for our youth. It is important that after studying at the center, they will be guaranteed employment in the leading enterprises of the Rostec aviation cluster,” Andrey Nazarov stated.

Oleg Yevtushenko, executive director of Rostec State Corporation, was glad that many young people worked here, who no longer shy away from blue-collar occupations.

Most of the high-precision equipment for the production and educational center of the aviation cluster of Rostec фе UEC-UMPO was supplied by the Sterlitamak enterprise STAN LLC.
