Two residents of "Alga" SEZ plan to launch production in Bashkiria in 2021

The residents of the "Alga" SEZ - the companies "Arkada" and "ZUR" are planning to launch production in 2021, said the First Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of Staff of the Government of Bashkiria Ilshat Tazhitdinov at the meeting on Monday, August 16.

"Now they are actively building, purchasing equipment, recruiting personnel," the Deputy Prime Minister noted.

The Arkada company, as the largest employer in the SEZ with a planned number of employees up to 800 people, provides assistance in the selection and training of personnel. The Ministries of Labor and Education have developed a roadmap for training the required number of employees for Arkada. Through the Ministry of Labor, training began for unemployed citizens and citizens looking for jobs under the program "Operator of sewing equipment with digital program control." The training is organized within the framework of the federal project "Promotion of employment" of the national project "Demography".

Most of the trainees are local residents, i.e. residents of the Ishimbaysky region.
