Investor will build three-star hotel at Ufa Airport

At the Investment Hour session, the Government of Bashkiria considered a project of the Stroytech company for the construction of a three-star hotel under the international brand Ibis Styles at the Ufa Airport.

The airport administration supported the project: the hotel operating at the airport no longer meets modern requirements for comfortable accommodation of guests and the general level of service. After the construction of the new hotel, the building of the old hotel will be redesigned to accommodate the production services of the airport.

The volume of investments is indicated at 917 million rubles. The project is scheduled to be completed in July 2024. The hotel complex is planned for 150 rooms with a restaurant, fitness club, conference, and forum facilities. The new hotel will employ about 120 employees.

The investor has already agreed with the airport and is looking for a hotel designer.

The project received approval and state support - it will be included in the list of priorities; the investor will be able to receive tax benefits in this status.

“For several years, we have been systematically carrying out a large-scale modernization of the Ufa airport. Last year, we completed the construction of a new building for domestic airlines, and the total area of ​​the terminal more than doubled. In 2022–2023, we will combine the three terminals into a single architectural concept and update the central sector of the station square. The Ufa Airport will become one of the most modern and comfortable in Russia. Moreover, the new hotel is a very successful addition to our plans,” the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, said.
