Apartments in Bashkiria have risen in price

Bashkiria's statisticians have recorded another rise in housing prices. According to Bashkortostan Statistics, one square meter of housing in the secondary market in the second quarter of this year reached an average of 64.9 thousand rubles. This is 4.4 percent more than at the end of 2020.

Prices for the new housing in Bashkiria showed an increase of 4.3 percent compared to the end of last year. So, the average cost of one square meter of housing in the new housing market was 73.8 thousand rubles in the second quarter of 2021.

As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, the volume of housing commissioning in the region in January-June this year increased by more than a quarter, or by 125.7 percent.
