Bashkir plant has accelerated production time of equipment due to national project

The participant of the national project "Labor productivity" - the Kumertau plant "Oiltimmash" - has accelerated the production time of equipment twice. This was reported by the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkiria.
"Oiltimmash" has implemented a project for the production of a three-phase separator tank.
"Thanks to participation in the national project "Labor Productivity", the plant managed to reduce the processing time from 480 to 240 hours, and the volume of work in progress - from 24 to 11 pieces," Airat Fakhretdinov, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkiria said.
"Training and participation in the Labor Productivity Program is a big breakthrough in terms of acquiring knowledge and tools for organizing lean production at an enterprise. Lean tools have been successfully implemented at the pilot shop. Now they are being implemented at the other shops," Anton Nikolaev, the plant's technical director, said.
The National Project "Labor Productivity" was approved following the May decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2018 and is intended to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5% by 2024.
Bashkiria enterprises have submitted more than 150 applications for participation in the national project on the federal website productivity.rf. Of these, 113 enterprises (with a plan of 90 for 2021) became participants in the national project, having concluded an agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development of the region.
Due to the national project "Labor Productivity", 1.9 thousand employees of Bashkiria enterprises were trained in the basics of lean production, goal decomposition, and optimization of production processes. This is 1.8 times more than planned. Enterprises have created 51 sample streams.
