New clothing factory in Alga SEZ will employ 400 garment workers

At least 400 workers will be employed this year by the Arkada Production Association, which is opening a workwear factory in the Alga SEZ. In general, the production is designed for 800 operators of sewing equipment with programmed control. Personnel for the new factory will be trained at the Training Center of the State Employment Service.

As explained by the Ministry of Labor RB, future garment workers-operators will be trained to implement the federal project "Employment Promotion" of the national project "Demography". In the first stage, trainees will study remotely on a webinar site. They will undergo practical training at the Uchalinsky sewing factory - software-controlled equipment is only there so far.

The management of the Arkada Production Association undertakes to employ all the trainees within the framework of this project. The group's formation began: a meeting was held with potential workers in Ishimbay, as a result of which 41 expressed their readiness to undergo training.
