Employers activity increased by 58% in Bashkiria for six months

Over the past six months, the activity of employers in Bashkiria has grown by 58%. These figures were presented by the research service of the largest Russian online job search platform, hh.ru, after analyzing the vacancies opened in the region in the first half of 2021.

In June 2021, the number of vacancies in Bashkiria exceeded the indicators of 2020 by 79%. The strongest growth in the first summer month was for representatives of the professional sphere "Tourism, Hotels, Restaurants" (+ 243% by June 2020), "Sports, Fitness, Beauty" (+ 227%), "Domestic staff" (+ 227% ), "Arts, Entertainment, Media" (+ 189%) and "Administrative Staff" (+ 186%).

"The most intensive growth of vacancies in June was shown by those professional spheres that were most affected by the economic consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. Today these spheres are not only recovering, but they are also beginning to develop actively -, and they really need people," Anna Osipova, head of the press service at Ural hh.ru, explains.

At the same time, the most demanded specialists in Bashkiria are still representatives of the sales sector - they account for 28% of June vacancies. The second place is occupied by the working personnel (17%), the third is the builders (15%).
