Fourth resident of Beloretsk PDA will produce meat semi-finished products

Beloretsk PDA has registered the fourth resident, the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria reported. It is the "AViK" LLC of the entrepreneur Alexei Kvasnin, registered in the city in 2009. The company produces semi-finished meat products and intends to implement an investment project worth 3.1 million rubles to produce chilled and frozen products. The new production will require 17 employees. This year the volume of production will be 19 thousand kg; by 2025, it is planned to increase it to 50 thousand kg.

The resident company will be able to receive income tax benefits, the department recalled. Federal taxes are completely zeroed out; regional taxes are paid at the rate of 5% for the first five years and 10% for the next five years. There is a reduced coefficient when applying the mineral extraction tax. The tariffs on insurance payments are also reduced (from 30% to 7.6%) for residents who received this status within the first three years from the moment of the PDA creation (in Beloretsk - in 2019).

At the regional level, the PDA residents are exempted from paying property tax; at the municipal level - from the land tax. Since 2019, a law has been in effect in Bashkiria that provides a reduced tax rate for residents applying the simplified taxation system (valid until December 31, 2021).
