450 employees of enterprises participating in national project were trained at "Factory of Processes" in Ufa

In Bashkiria, more than 450 employees of enterprises participating in the national project “Labor Productivity” have trained at the Factory of Processes, the Ministry of Economic Development of the region reported.

30 "Factory of Processes" have been carried out since the beginning of the work of this national project, developed by order of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

“Specialists from 31 enterprises completed the training. At the training, participants immerse themselves in the production process and fulfill the work plan according to a schedule,” the first deputy minister of economic development and investment policy of Bashkiria, Airat Fakhretdinov said. “At the end of the shift, the students analyze the indicators, identify problems and deviations, and develop methods to eliminate them.”

The Factory of Processes operates at the Regional Center of Competence in the Sphere of Labor Productivity of Bashkiria.

Employees of enterprises learn the basics of lean manufacturing and get an idea of further work.

The National Project "Labor Productivity" is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5% by 2024.

As Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized, increasing labor productivity is one of the key factors in strengthening the country's economic potential. ⠀

Enterprises with annual revenues of 400 million rubles per year can become participants.
