Remote work vacancies grow in number in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria and the country as a whole, the number of vacancies involving a remote work format is growing. This is the conclusion reached by hh.ru analysts.
So, last year the number of remote vacancies on hh.ru reached about 200 thousand. This is more than twice as high as in 2019.
Out of 200 thousand jobs that involve a remote work format, more than 3 thousand in Bashkiria. This is one and a half times more than in 2019.
For the first six months of 2021, this positive trend continued in the country's regions. At the beginning of summer, it intensified under the influence of the aggravation of the situation with the spread of coronavirus, experts say.
"From June 1 to June 18 this year, about 49 thousand remote vacancies were posted on hh.ru, which is a record value in the entire history of the labor market in Russia. The previous peak was recorded in April this year - almost 47 thousand vacancies. In May, the number of vacancies with "remote work" dropped to 35 thousand. Mainly because of the May holidays introduced in Russia," the press service of hh.ru reported.
As for Bashkiria, from June 1 to June 18, 800 remote jobs were recorded in the republic. This is 200 jobs more than in April.
Since the beginning of this year, 3.4 thousand vacancies with a remote work format have been opened in Bashkiria.
"Remote Jobs are growing rapidly - on average by 15% per month, " analysts said. "Thus, from January to mid-June, their number has already reached 215 thousand on hh.ru, 10% more than for the entire 2020".
At the beginning of summer-2021, the majority of permanent remote vacancies on hh.ru are open to job seekers in the IT field (every 10th vacancy), telecommunications, sales, consulting, marketing, advertising, PR, banks. In addition, more than 10 thousand vacancies involving a remote work format are offered to students and young professionals.
"Traditionally, the highest-paid remote work is offered to programmers and developers. The average salary offer for them varies from 140 to 280 thousand rubles," the experts concluded.
