Today, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a visiting "Rural Hour" session at the Ufagormolzavod enterprise where the issues of the food and processing industry of the republic were discussed. Before the meeting, the Head of the Region had a tour of the dairy plant.
General Director of the enterprise Ildar Fayzullin said that the plant cooperated with 13 districts of Bashkortostan, purchasing milk from 43 farms, mainly of Alsheevsky, Aurgazinsky, Sterlitamaksky, and Davlekanovsky districts.
Today the production facilities of the plant can process about 150 tons of milk per day.
The average purchase price of milk for the first four months of this year was 28 rubles, excluding VAT.
The Head of the Republic examined the new cottage cheese line, which was launched in 2020. According to the plant director, it has stabilo bag packing. Besides, the enterprise produces a "Halal" product line (milk, cottage cheese, sour cream). In 2020, "Two Kittens" children's brand was launched. In addition to the retail network, dairy products are supplied to 350 schools, kindergartens, and hospitals.
To expand production, Ufagormolzavod plans to build a modern high-tech enterprise for processing raw milk with a capacity of up to 150 tons per day.
The planned volume of investments for the project is 923.7 million rubles (own funds - 739.6 million rubles, borrowed capital - 184.1 million rubles). It is planned to create 155 new jobs.
Radiy Khabirov tasted the products manufactured at the plant, having noted that the company should focus mainly on quality and increase the volume of milk processing.
