Large service complex is planned to be built on R-240 highway in Bashkiria

It will be built on the 205th kilometer of the highway in the Meleuzovsky district. The investor is the Orenburg company Astra, investing 150 million rubles in the project and creating 20 jobs. The complex will house a gas station, a cafe, a camping site, a service station, and a car shop.

The project will be presented at the "Investment Hour" session in the government. "Previously, we met with the entrepreneur to discuss measures of state support. The investor would like to receive subsidies to reimburse part of building engineering and transport infrastructure costs. It was decided to promote its implementation," the Trade Ministry of Bashkiria, which oversees the roadside service development project launched by the government in October 2020, reported.

To date, interaction on this topic has been organized with 55 investors with a total investment of over 5.5 billion rubles. Investors can lease a land plot without bidding, receive partial compensation for the engineering and transport infrastructure costs.
