New asphalt concrete plant construction has been completed in Kiginsky district

The construction of a new asphalt concrete plant TTM GLB-2000 has been completed in the Kiginsky district. The modern ABZ is located in the territory of the Kiginsky branch of Bashkiravtodor JSC.

The new plant's capacity is 160 tons of asphalt concrete mixture per hour with a capacity of 500 kW. The investments in the construction of a new automated plant amounted to about 105 million rubles. Five new jobs have been created.

"The project is very promising; its implementation allows solving several problems at once: new jobs have appeared, and most importantly, the pace of construction and repair of roads with asphalt concrete pavement will increase," the Acting Minister of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Bashkortostan Viktor Zhulkov reported.

General Director of Bashkiravtodor JSC Ildar Yulanov explained that the main advantage of the plant is the computerization of processes. The day before, the plant produced the first 500 tons of asphalt. Currently, specialists are conducting diagnostics and pilot launches of production.

In 2020, Bashkiravtodor JSC also put into operation a GLB-2000 asphalt mixing plant with a capacity of 160 tons per hour at the Sterlitamak branch.
