Large enterprise for deep processing of meat will be built in Bashkiria
The Government of Bashkortostan and "Tavros" LLC signed an investment agreement on creating a modern enterprise for the deep processing of meat in the republic.
The agreement was signed yesterday at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and the Executive Partner of the private equity fund AVG Capital Partners Rustem Mirgalimov.
The project provides for a slaughter line of 240 heads per hour, with a capacity of up to 200 tons per day of chilled meat and 100 tons of sausages.
Meanwhile, as Rustem Mirgalimov told reporters, at present, the design of a meat processing enterprise for deep processing of meat in Bashkortostan had been completed. The start of construction is scheduled for August this year.
"Our task is to complete the construction in a year and a half. Moreover, the fact that we signed such an agreement today allows us to say that the project will be implemented within the stated time frame," he concluded.
As the Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the delegation of Bashkortostan, led by the Head of the Region Radiy Khabirov, participates in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum from June 2 to 5.
The Republic of Bashkortostan will conclude over 20 agreements on the sidelines o the forum that will attract investments to the region and create new jobs.
