Bashkiria development projects will be discussed at St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

The delegation of Bashkortostan, led by the Head of the Region Radiy Khabirov, will participate in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2021) from June 2 to 5. Within the forum framework, the Republic of Bashkortostan will conclude over 20 agreements that will attract investments to the region and create new jobs.

In particular, on June 3, the largest concession agreement in Russia will be signed on the construction of a new exit from Ufa to the federal highway M-5 "Ural" ("Eastern exit") between the leadership of the Republic, VTB Bank, and the VEB.RF development corporation.

It is also planned to sign the largest investment agreement between the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Bashkir Soda Company (BSC).

Within the forum's framework, several international meetings of the Head of the Republic are planned, including with the Ambassador of Israel A. Ben Zvi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and others.

The delegation of the region will hold most of the events at the exhibition stand of Bashkortostan, which is one of the largest regional venues. Its area is 231 square meters, second only to St. Petersburg (1697 square meters) and Krasnodar Territory (a street pavilion with an area of ​​1000 square meters).

Our stand has a unique aroma of the Bashkir steppes. Thus, it will become one of the most noticeable at the forum.

The stand consists of seven functional objects. The "Republic Control Center" zone is made in a futuristic style with screens and a touch panel.

The region's aviation cluster is represented by the exposition of PJSC UEC-Ufa Motor-Building Production Association, Geoscan Group of Companies, and Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise (KumAPP). In this zone, there are mock-ups of the K-32 helicopter, the DT-30PM two-link tracked carrier, the Geoscan Gemini quadrocopter, the Geoscan-201 uncrewed aircraft, and the IDS-5 uncrewed aircraft complex.

The tourist development of Bashkortostan is shown through the design of the meeting room, which is presented in the form of the famous Bashkir cave "Shulgan-Tash" and the external design of the stand with a map of the region's natural resources. In the business area, guests of the stand can taste herbal tea and new products from Bashspirt.
