Four industrial investment projects for 63.1 billion rubles are being prepared in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, four large industrial investment projects may be implemented, the Minister of Industry Alexander Sheldyaev informed at a briefing session in the government.

Two agreements are being prepared for signing at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum: with Salavatsteklo LLC (3.1 billion rubles) and Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant JSC (1.5 billion rubles).

Two more agreements are to be signed at InvestSabantuy in Sibay: with LLC Bashkirskaya Med '(55.6 billion rubles, 2 thousand jobs), with JSC Bashkir Generating Company (2.9 billion rubles).

In total, 430 billion rubles will be invested in industrial production over 15 years, the Minister said. It is planned to invest about 139 billion rubles in industrial projects this year. Two projects are being completed in 2021: in August, it is planned to open a tank farm "Modern Bitumen Materials" - a subsidiary of "Bitum" LLC (475 million rubles); in the autumn - the "Catalytic Cracking Complex" of the "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" concern (41.7 billion rubles).

The implementation of large projects in the sector of processing and extraction of raw materials continues.

Since 2013, Bashneft has been reconstructing the aromatic hydrocarbon complex at the Ufaneftekhim plant (over RUB 7 billion). The completion date is scheduled for 2022. The company is also building a backup process line for an elemental sulfur unit at the Ufa Refinery (over 2 billion rubles).

"Bashkirskaya Med" LLC continues to implement investment projects at the Yubileinoye (2007 - 2026, 52.1 billion rubles, 14.6 billion rubles spent) and "Podolskoye" deposits (2019 - 2032, 55.6 billion rubles, 1.3 billion rubles spent).

Since the beginning of 2021, the Investment Hour sessions have reviewed 14 industrial projects worth 34 billion rubles with the creation of 700 jobs, the Minister recalled.
