"Tuimazinsky" Industrial Park will be created in Bashkiria at ready-mix truck plant

The working trip of the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov to Tuymazy began with a visit to the Tuymazy ready-mix truck plant. The enterprise traces its history back to December 25, 1979, when the first stage of the plant was launched. Since 2004, the plant has been part of the PJSC KAMAZ group of companies, which owns a controlling stake of 51.78%.

The plant produces concrete mixer trucks, stationary concrete pumps, concrete pumps, fire-fighting foam lifters, trailed equipment.

The share of the enterprise in the market of truck-mounted concrete mixers is 52%, of truck-mounted concrete pumps - 23%.

The enterprise is the only manufacturer of concrete pumping equipment in the Russian Federation. The equipment produced by the enterprise is supplied to all regions of Russia and more than 20 countries of the world.

The general director of the plant, Sergey Klenko, told the Head of Bashkortostan that the issues of creating an industrial park "Tuimazinsky" at the existing buildings of the enterprise had been empty for the last 25 years, were being worked out here. According to him, this will allow to double the number of employees at the enterprise and quadruple the revenue. The creation of an industrial park requires support from the federal budget.

"In general, the demand of the Russian semi-trailer market is 35-40 thousand units, another 50 thousand are in the gray zone. At the same time, the capacity allows producing only 12 thousand so far. We will also be able to produce 12 thousand semi-trailers a year. It is also planned to locate small businesses that can participate in our project," Sergei Klenko told reporters.

The Tuimazinsky ready-mix truck plant can resume production oriented for mobile concrete plants, fire-fighting tankers, press-compactors, containers for housing and utility services, and other products.
