Two more new solar power plants will be launched in Bashkiria in 2022

In 2022, two new solar power plants will be commissioned in Bashkortostan - in the city of Agidel and the Gafuriysky region. There are already five solar power plants (SPP) operating in the republic with a total installed capacity of 69 MW. This is 1.2 percent of the total installed capacity of the entire energy system of the republic. Most of these facilities were built by the Hevel company. These are Buribaevskaya SPP in Khaibullinsky district, Bugulchanskaya SPP in Kuyurgazinsky district, Isyangulovskaya SPP in Zianchurinsky district, and Burzyanskaya SPP. Their total capacity is 44 MW.

In addition, last year Solar Systems company put into operation the Sterlibashevskaya SPP with a capacity of 25 MW.

“During the construction of electric power facilities, the republic assists investors in choosing land plots and providing them without bidding, since these are priority investment projects. We also fully accompany the process of technological connection of SPP to the power grids of power supply companies”, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov posted on his social media.

The Head of the Region marked that the construction of solar power plants allowed residents to use environmentally friendly electricity, with zero emissions of harmful greenhouse gases.
