Bashkiria will launch shipping containers and cosmetics production

The register of "Blagoveshchensk" PDA (priority development area) includes two new residents implementing investment projects to produce sea containers and cosmetics. The total investment exceeds 480 million rubles, the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkiria reports.

The register of residents was replenished by the Blagoveshchensk Mobile Structures Plant and Fabrik Production LLC.

As noted by the Ministry of Economic Development of the region, the status of a PDA resident gives the investor significant benefits in the form of a reduction in income tax, exemption from property taxes, land taxes, as well as a decrease in insurance premiums.

In particular, the Blagoveshchensk Mobile Structures Plant plans to build a plant with an area of ​​10 thousand square meters to produce sea containers for Russian Railways, NK Rosneft, PJSC Gazprom, PJSOC Bashneft, Tatneft, the Russian Ministry of Defense, and other companies. It is planned to allocate more than 480 million rubles for the implementation of this project. More than 100 new jobs will be created.

In turn, Fabrik Production LLC plans to launch the production of organic cosmetics for baths this year. It is supposed to allocate more than 3 million rubles for the implementation of the investment project.

In Bashkiria today there are six monocities - Belebey, Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Beloretsk, Blagoveshchensk and Uchaly. In total, more than 400 thousand people live in them.

Five PDAs function within their borders for the balanced development of single-industry municipalities Belebey, Kumertau, Blagoveshchensk, Neftekamsk, and Beloretsk.

In Blagoveshchensk, the town-forming enterprise is the Blagoveshchensk Valve Plant.

The PDA was created within the boundaries of the monocity of Blagoveshchensk in February 2019.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, residents of the priority development areas of Bashkiria for the first quarter of 2021 invested about 4.5 billion rubles in business development in the republic. The number of new jobs increased to 3.3 thousand.
