Investment portfolio of northeast of Bashkiria reaches 3.3 billion rubles

The investment portfolio of projects being implemented today in the northeast of Bashkiria is 109 objects for 3.3 billion rubles. The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republican Government - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov announced it.
According to him, another 48 projects for 578 million rubles have been completed in the northeastern regions of the republic. In addition, it is planned to implement 24 new investment projects worth about 360 million rubles.
As the First Deputy Prime Minister emphasized, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive, strategic plan for the development of the northeast while maintaining the existing measures to support business and creating new ones, taking into account the specific needs of the municipalities of the subregion.
The document, in particular, will include measures for the development of tourism, support for agricultural producers.
Besides, the base of investment sites will be updated.
Also, an optimal list of support measures will be prepared, together with business sheriffs and heads of municipalities, with the participation of relevant departments.
The northeast occupies 14.3% of the area of Bashkiria. About 170 thousand people live here.
The northeastern regions of the republic include Askinsky, Belokataisky, Duvansky, Karaidelsky, Kiginsky, Mechetlinsky, Nurimanovsky, and Salavatsky districts.
The economy of the northeast of Bashkiria unites 3.5 thousand small businesses or 2.8% of the region's entrepreneurial community.
