Agricultural products exporters are reimbursed for certification costs
Starting today, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia began to accept applications from exporting companies to reimburse part of the costs associated with the exported agricultural products certification.
“Legal entities registered in the territory of Russia and bearing the costs of certification of manufactured products of the agro-industrial complex following the requirements of foreign markets can apply for this support,” Almaz Galimov, spokesman for the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria explained.
Compensation to exporters is due for assessing the compliance of agro-industrial complex products with the requirements for foreign markets, conducting veterinary and sanitary and phytosanitary measures, transportation, storage, testing, and disposal of test samples.
Subsidies will also be paid for assessing compliance with the requirements contained in the foreign trade contract for the supply of agricultural products to foreign markets. Including, when conducting voluntary certification to obtain Halal and Kosher certificates.
The selection of companies is carried out by the Russian Export Center. All you need is to apply with documents that confirm the costs incurred for the certification of shipped agricultural products for export.
Exporters are supported within the framework of the national export support project, developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
