Investors will be offered ready-made projects of modular roadside cafes in Bashkiria

The government of Bashkiria continues to work on a roadside service development project. As previously reported, a register of 518 land plots has already been formed. It will be posted on the Investment Portal on April 15. To date, 80 sites have been selected, 40 projects have been announced for a total amount of more than 5 billion rubles. Many are at the stage of developing a business plan and are preparing documents for participation in Investment Hour sessions, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development Rustam Muratov said at a meeting in the government.

The project is being finalized, and now investors will be offered standard formats from modular structures.

The first option is a cafe with an area of 100 sq. m for 10 seats, two toilets, a prayer room.

The second is a cafe of 200 sq. m for 25 seats, three toilets, a prayer room.

The third is a 500 sq. m building with a cafe for 40 seats and a hotel for 10 rooms, three toilets, two showers, a prayer room.

This proposal may be of interest to entrepreneurs since they will be able to modernize their facility without high primary costs, the Ministry of Trade informs.
