Project managers institute is opened at Development Corporation in Bashkiria

An institute of project managers has been opened at the Development Corporation in Bashkiria, Prime Minister of the Government RB Andrei Nazarov posted on his social media.

Previously, in order to first select and then receive land for the implementation of their project, investors had to go through a lot of bureaucratic delays.

Now an investor just needs to contact the institute of project managers and tell them about their idea. Experts will select several site options, send relevant inquiries to municipalities and departments, and collect all the necessary information. Each businessman is assigned a personal manager who will prepare the project for launch.

Managers will inform the investor about the state support measures for which they can apply.

"We have many preferences for entrepreneurs that they do not even know about. There are priority development areas; there is a special economic zone "Alga", industrial parks. Each of them has different benefits. The task of the manager is to determine the needs of investors and offer them a site to start production at a lower cost and in a shorter time," the Prime Minister writes.

Also, the project manager will draw up a business plan or check the finished one for compliance with legal requirements. This increases the likelihood of an entrepreneur getting a loan from a bank or from the Industrial Development Fund.
