Roadside complex will be built on M-5 federal highway for 52 million rubles

At the Investment Hour session held on March 26 by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, projects for the construction of roadside campsites for the IRBIS-RB fuel company in the Ufa region and three CNG filling stations in Beloretsk, Dyurtyulinsky, Ufa regions were agreed. An entrepreneur Lyudmila Buyak, the owner of a similar facility in the Chelyabinsk Region, plans to build a roadside service complex on the M-5 Ural highway in the Iglinsky District. At the Investment Hour session, she presented a project worth 52 million rubles. Its implementation will create 30 new jobs.

The complex will include a cafe, hotel, parking lot, service station, auto parts store, and shopping arcade. The investor asked for a subsidy to compensate for part of the acceleration lane construction costs adjacent to the roadside campsite.

Radiy Khabirov instructed the Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkortostan to accompany the project and report on the progress in three months.
