The Ishimbay Specialized Chemical Catalyst Plant (ISKhZK) is the largest production of catalysts, adsorbents, and molecular sieves in Russia, which began its work in 1985. The plant is an innovative enterprise, modernized with complete lines supplied by Haldor Topsoe (Denmark) and JGC (Japan), producing high-tech zeolites, sorbents, and catalysts. The share of innovative products in the company's shipment is 63.3%. Since 2005, ISKhZK has been a part of KNT Group.
Today, as part of his working trip to Ishimbay, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, visited the enterprise. The director of the enterprise, Alexander Bodry, said that the plant exported most of its products. The plant received 8 million rubles from the republic's budget for transportation, cashback under new export contracts amounted to 3 million rubles. The plant also received 285 million rubles of subsidies for the logistics of exporting products to Belarus, the volume of which at the end of last year amounted to 621 million rubles. New foreign sales markets were also emerging.
The company currently employs 767 people, most of whom are young people; the average monthly wage is over 44 thousand rubles.
Radiy Khabirov noted that today the Ishimbay Specialized Chemical Catalyst Plant is actively developing; an on-site scientific laboratory was created here.
"ISKhZK retains a significant share of the Russian catalyst market. It uses unique technologies for the manufacture of catalysts for the petrochemical industry. Moreover, this plant is now increasing the export supplies of science-intensive products, planning to increase them by 40 percent only in 2021. And this is in one of the most competitive markets in the world - the chemical one. Among the Ishimbay enterprise partners are consumers from India, Iran, and European countries." the Head of the Region said.
In 2014, the company launched the production of granular cracking catalysts.
The use of cracking catalysts produced by ISKhZK LLC allows ensuring 70% import substitution of microspherical cracking catalysts in the Russian market and 100% import substitution in the granular market cracking catalysts.
ISKhZK LLC has mastered the production of innovative products - microspherical cracking catalyst. The production line capacity is 20,000 tons per year. Currently, 12,000 tons of catalyst are produced per year.
The technological and production capabilities of the plant, equipped with modern Japanese and Danish technological and laboratory equipment, make it possible to produce a wide range of catalysts for the production of Euro-5 class motor fuels.
The company's products are used in gas production, petrochemistry, and oil refining. The company's traditional partners are the plants of PJSC Gazprom and PJSC Sibur-holding, oil refineries, and petrochemical enterprises of PJOC Bashneft, PJSC Tatneft, PJSC NK Rosneft, PJSC LUKOIL, as well as large and developing petrochemical companies of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and far abroad.
