Plant for PVC and aluminum building structures production will be built in Bashkiria

At the "Investment Hour" session, Glass City CEO Alexander Gavrilichev presented a plant project to produce PVC and aluminum building structures in the territory of the Blagoveshchensk region's priority development area. The investor has already prepared a business plan and a project for a technological complex. It will employ 90 specialists. The volume of investments in the project is 300 million rubles. Finished products will gradually replace supplies to the republican market from other regions of Russia.

Following the discussion, the project was included in the number of residents of the industrial park "Blagoveshchenskiy". The Ministry of Industry and Energy will also help obtain a soft loan from the Russian Industry Development Fund.

Dmitry Kushnirovich, Deputy Director of Sterlitamak Fiber Cement Plant, came up with an initiative to organize the production of siding, roofing, and facade materials for the construction industry.

The Head of the Region, Radiy Khabirov, instructed the Ministry of Construction of Bashkortostan to hold a meeting with large developer companies' participation to work out options for interaction with republican manufacturers of materials.

"We widely use profiled iron and roof tiles. Therefore, it is also important to study the markets of neighboring regions to expand the geography of supplies," Radiy Khabirov added.

As a support measure, the investment project will receive priority status and assistance in attracting a soft loan from the Russian Industry Development Fund.
