Ecological technoparks to be built in Blagoveshchensky and Baimaksky districts of republic

In 2021, it is planned to start constructing two innovative ecological complexes (Technoparks) in Bashkiria to manage municipal solid waste in the Blagoveshchensky and Baimaksky districts of the republic. This will allow by 2024 to increase the volume of processed and disposed solid municipal waste and, accordingly, reduce the volume of waste sent to landfill disposal.

Much work was done in this direction in 2020. The construction of the second stage of the MSW landfill with a sorting complex in the Duvansky district was carried out using budgetary funds. At the expense of extra-budgetary funds, five waste sorting complexes were built in Iglinsky, Aurgazinsky, Ufimsky, Kushnarenkovsky districts. Also, the construction of the MSC in the city of Tuymazy continues. The planned commissioning date is 2021.

Besides, 473 unauthorized dumps were liquidated in Bashkiria in 2020.
