Radiy Khabirov and Anatoly Serdyukov visited "Gidravlika" and "ESM" enterprises in Ufa

Today the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and Aviation Cluster Industrial Director of Rostec State Corporation Anatoly Serdyukov visited the industrial enterprises "Gidravlika" and "ESM".
The Ufa Aggregate Enterprise "Gidravlika" is a part of the "Technodinamika" holding of the State Corporation Rostec and is engaged in producing auxiliary power units, assembly units, metal hoses, hydraulic, fuel, and air filters.
According to General Director Viktor Novikov, these products are widely used in domestic aviation and aerospace engineering. At present, Gidravlika is actively engaged in import substitution, mastering the production of several units and systems for the newest Russian medium-haul passenger aircraft Sukhoi Superjet New and MS-21. These projects stimulate the production facilities development - the modernization of the machine tool fleet and new technologies.
In 2018, Gidravlika implemented an investment project worth 278.6 million rubles for the test center's technical re-equipment. It can conduct thermal vibration and other tests with a modern level of automation to confirm products' required characteristics.
Radiy Khabirov and Anatoly Serdyukov visited assembly shops, a testing station and examined the range of manufactured products.
There is another high-tech enterprise - LLC "ESM" in the territory of UAE "Gidravlika". It was founded in 2009 to produce precision electrochemical machine tools to manufacture parts from a wide range of metals, alloys, cermets, and nanostructured materials. The manufactured products are supplied to the regions of Russia and abroad.
Alexey Dolgushin, General Director of ESM, spoke about the possibilities of increasing the production of processing equipment and components and assemblies for machine tool building.
Radiy Khabirov invited the enterprise's management to discuss these initiatives in detail at the "Industrial Hour” session.
