There are 300 entrepreneurs per 10 thousand people in Bashkiria

On average, there are 302 entrepreneurs per ten thousand people in Bashkiria.

The Chairman of the State Committee on Entrepreneurship Rimma Boytsova announced it at a briefing session in the Government of the republic.

Rimma Boytsova reported on measures to support entrepreneurs in 2020.

“The funding from the republican budget for municipal support programs has been increased three times. It made it possible to support 1,300 republican enterprises (in 2019 - 423), of which almost half are newly created SMEs. As a result of the program, the number of jobs created and maintained was 3.2 and 8.5 thousand people (in 2019 - 853 and 4.4 thousand, respectively). The expected volume of revenues to the republican consolidated budget from personal income tax should be about 60 million rubles, ” the head of the state committee said.

Besides, last year, the types of support were expanded: in particular, entrepreneurs were able to receive subsidies for the development of family and social entrepreneurship, for the purchase of equipment, the development of digital applications, and e-commerce.

The total number of support recipients within the framework of anti-crisis measures amounted to 296 SMEs, the amount of support amounted to 77.5 million rubles.

At the end of 2020, despite the general trends towards a decrease in the number of SMEs, 17 municipal districts showed growth in the number of small and medium-sized businesses against the level of 2019. Among them, the greatest growth was observed in Fedorovsky (15.7%), Kuyurgazinsky (5.6 %), Ufimsky (5.4%), as well as Aurgazinsky (+ 5.4%) districts.

On the contrary, the greatest decrease in the indicator was noted in Belokataysky (10.6%), Miyakinsky (7.6%), Buzdyaksky (7.2%), Sterlibashevsky (7.2%), Ilishevsky (7.1%) districts, as well as in the city of Agidel (10.3%).
