Two companies from Bashkortostan, which the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia included in the register of residents of priority development areas, plan to allocate a total of 93 million rubles for new production.
StroySnabMaster LLC will launch the production of reinforced concrete products in Belebey. "PDA is an important tool for attracting investments to the region. In 2020, 24 companies became residents. The implementation of two investment projects included in the register will make it possible to produce reinforced concrete products and compressor equipment in Bashkortostan. A total of 51 jobs will be created at the enterprises," Rustam Muratov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy commented.
Kamatron LLC will direct 3 million rubles to create a new compressor equipment production in Neftekamsk. The enterprise will have 10 jobs. Production is scheduled to start in 2024.
"The status of a PDA resident provides for benefits in terms of exemption from property tax, reduction of income tax rates, and insurance payments. On the initiative of the republic, in addition to the indicated benefits, tax rates for PDA residents using a simplified taxation system have been reduced. Besides, a reduced coefficient is provided for the state property lease. The municipalities have established zero interest rates on land tax," the ministry's press service explained.
