Radiy Khabirov signed order to support economic development in 2021

The official information portal of the Bashkiria Government published an order of the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, on measures to support the economy in the pandemic in 2021 (third package). The agro-industrial complex of Bashkiria will receive the assistance of about 1.85 billion rubles under the third package. The largest part of the support, 1 billion rubles, is subsidies for reimbursing the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment.
The Ministry of Housing and Utilities is allocated 3.6 billion rubles to improve public areas, courtyards, and apartment buildings overhaul.
700 million rubles are directed to support the industry, of which 200 million - for additional capitalization of the Industrial Fund RB, 130 million - to help participants in the lean production project. 150 million are reserved for subsidies to the light industry to compensate for part of the cost of purchasing materials, equipment, software. 15 million rubles are directed to create and finance the "Innovations Promotion Fund". Companies that have introduced import substitution are reimbursed for part of the costs, for which 25 million rubles it is planned to spend.
194 million rubles are reserved for the support and development of tourism. 39 million rubles are intended to subsidize routes, agro-, eco-, rural tourism, and accommodation modernization. 60 million rubles are aimed at creating ethnic villages within the boundaries of geoparks. 15 million rubles are put aside to support tour operators that attract tourists from other regions of the country.
More than 2.17 billion rubles are allocated to support investors. Most of this amount (1.22 billion rubles) is intended to "reduce the debt on budget loans" to investors who are building or reconstructing "objects of transport, energy, and utility infrastructures".
Businesses are provided with tax incentives for 360 million rubles of lost income. The budget will not receive 127 million rubles due to zeroing the agricultural tax rate, 90 million - due to the extension of tax holidays for entrepreneurs who apply "simplified" or "patent" taxation system.
In 2020, the republic's authorities provided two packages of state support for business and the economy with a total volume of 30 billion rubles.
