Bashkiria develops trade and tourism cooperation with Italy

Bashkiria has agreed on trade and tourism cooperation with Italy. This was announced by the Prime Minister RB, Andrei Nazarov, after a meeting with the President of the Italian-Russian Chamber of Commerce, Trani Vincenzo.

According to Andrei Nazarov, this year, exports to Italy from Bashkiria have increased, although the parties' foreign trade turnover has dropped over the past seven years.

"We have great plans - to expand the supply of agricultural products, medicine, light industry from Bashkortostan. Joint activities will also help strengthen our relationship with Italy. For example, the Cremonini Group CEO (the largest meat processing enterprise) believes that Bashkiria is an ideal place for meat production," the Prime Minister said.

According to Nazarov, the parties agreed to expand the tourist flow. Thus, Bashkiria has invited representatives of the House to Ufa at the World Travel Technology Awards ceremony. Entrepreneurs from the republic, in turn, can participate in specialized exhibitions in Italy free of charge.
