Minimum business decline is recorded in Bashkiria in 2020

Bashkiria was among the Russian regions where the minimum decline in the number of commercial enterprises was recorded in 2020. According to a study by the international audit and consulting network FinExpertiza, the decrease in registered businesses in the region was only 2.98% - to 60.7 thousand, TASS reports.

As noted by analysts, the ratio of closed and open companies in the pandemic year is recognized as the worst over the past 18 years. In total, 515.5 thousand commercial organizations ceased to exist in the country last year, that is, every sixth.

Recall that the Bashkiria government has prepared three packages of support measures to support the business during the pandemic.
