Job seekers expectations in Ufa - study
The average salary, which job seekers in Ufa now count on, is 49.7 thousand rubles, in Bashkiria as a whole - 53.1 thousand rubles. These are the data of a hh.ru study based on an analysis of CVs posted on the portal in January 2021.
“We are talking about the average salary, which is indicated in the January CVs. If we look at the most common expectations of job seekers, then it will be 35 thousand rubles in Ufa, 40 thousand rubles in the republic, ” Oksana Sidletskaya, head of Ural hh.ru said.
In just the first three weeks of the new year, about 49 thousand Bashkiria residents started looking for new jobs. Moreover, 68% of applicants in January are from Ufa; the rest live in other cities and regions of Bashkiria.
Most often, representatives of the professional spheres “Start of Career, Students”, “Sales”, “Production, Agriculture”, “Extraction of Raw Materials” and “Administrative Personnel” were looking for work in Bashkiria at the beginning of the year.
We add that one of the recent polls of job seekers on the hh.ru website showed that 72% of Bashkiria residents positively assess their chances of finding a job in early 2021, and only 9% of job seekers seriously doubt the success.
