Bashkir oil mill exported 1.33 thousand tons of rapeseed oil to China

A freight train with 62 containers departed from Ufa to the port of Nakhodka, each containing 21.5 tons of rapeseed oil produced by the Chishminsky oil mill. From Nakhodka, the cargo will be sent by sea to the customer in China.

In previous years, the mill produced rapeseed oil for the Baltic enterprises making biodiesel, the Ministry of Agriculture informs.

In 2018, 11.4 thousand tons of rapeseed were processed by the mill, in 2019 - 9.6 thousand tons, in 2020 - 14.1 thousand tons.

In 2020, the Bashkir agro-industrial complex shipped for export more than $ 165.4 million, while the plan (within the framework of the regional project and the national project) of $ 115 million. Fat and oil products make up 56.4% of the total export volume. By 2024, trade with foreign countries should bring the industry $ 240 million.
