Bashkiria will receive 20 million rubles for the construction of sports facilities in 2021. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on financing the construction of facilities for physical education and sports and distributing 2 billion rubles between 78 regions. The document was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation.

“It is planned to build 100 outdoor sports and recreation complexes in cities and rural areas with the help of federal subsidies. These are new sports grounds and football pitches. All of them will be equipped with modern gymnastic apparatus, sports equipment, weight machines and adapted for people with disabilities,” the explanatory note says.

The Pskov and Saratov regions will receive the largest federal subsidies - 60 million rubles each, 18 regions of the country will receive 40 million each, the rest of the budget support will be provided at the level of 20 million rubles.
