Small business was provided with benefits for 34.6 billion rubles in 11 months in Bashkiria

For 11 months of 2020, small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkiria received more than 8,200 different types of benefits in the amount of 34.6 billion rubles, the National Bank reported.

More than 1,300 credit vacations were provided for the amount of 1.8 billion rubles, more than 700 SME loans were restructured for 6.3 billion rubles.

Also, over 6,200 various soft loans were provided, including interest-free "loans for salaries", loans at 2% per annum for the resumption of activities, loans at a reduced rate of 8.5% per annum. The total amount of support amounted to 26.5 billion rubles.

Entrepreneurs can assess the effectiveness and availability of support by participating in a survey. The Bank of Russia has been conducting monthly monitoring of business requests for support measures during the pandemic since March 2020. The next survey ends on December 28, the National Bank explained.
