Bashkiria Government considered investment projects for sugar beets and peas processing

The Government of Bashkiria considered the projects of Tavros LLC for modernization of the Chishminsky sugar plant and construction of a plant for deep processing of peas in Blagoveshchensk at an "Investment Hour" session.

The company plans to allocate RUB 1.66 billion to upgrade the sugar refinery equipment and increase the processing volume up to 6 thousand tons of beets per day. The necessary documentation has been prepared, contracts for the supply of equipment, construction and installation works have been concluded. The project will receive support in the form of property and profit tax benefits.

In 2021, the company plans to begin constructing a pea processing plant and complete it in 2023. Tavros is investing 6.9 billion rubles in this project. The plant will produce canned food and starch, which is supposed to be exported to Europe and South-East Asia. The enterprise will become a resident of "Blagoveshchensk" PDA (priority development area) and receive tax benefits.
