Five more companies will be included in PDA register of Bashkiria by end of year

Five more companies are planned to be included in the register of priority development areas (PDAs) residents by the end of the year, the Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria reported. Since the beginning of the year, 21 residents have been registered there with investment projects worth 1.7 billion rubles and 795 jobs. The investment increased by 60%.

Today, 71 residents work in the PDAs of the region with a planned investment of more than 35.2 billion rubles.

The ministry recalled that the region would expand the list of activities for which it is possible to implement investment projects in the PDA. An application is also being prepared for the creation of a PDA within the boundaries of the Uchaly monotown.

The PDAs are already operating in other five monotowns: Kumertau with 28 residents, Belebey with 21, Blagoveshchensk with 10, Neftekamsk with 9, Beloretsk with 3.
