National project plan for lean production was exceeded by 31% in Bashkiria

Bashkiria exceeded the plan for 2020 by 31% to involve enterprises in the national project "Labor productivity and employment support". According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the republic, now there are 101 enterprises in the list of national project participants with a plan of 77.

In December, Korund LLC, MUP Neftekamskstroyzakazchik, Bashplast RB LLC, Ufimsky Selektsionny-Hybridny Center LLC, Blagovarskiy Selektsionny-Hybridny Center LLC, Ufimsky Zavod Karkasnogo Domostroeniya LLC, Meleuzovsky MKK LLC, JSC Belebeevsky Zavod Avtonormal, and BNZS GT LLC became participants of the project. Several more companies are planned to be included by the end of the year.

The introduction of lean manufacturing tools made it possible to increase labor productivity growth by 30% on average. The processing time decreased by 44.5%. The volume of work in progress decreased to 54%, the department noted.

The national project "Labor productivity and employment support" was approved by the May decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2018 and is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 5% by 2024.
